Welcome to our "Remington Ju-Ju 101" Series! In this series, we teach you basic ownership skills for working with Remington firearms. Specifically, this is the Model 700 sub-series where we focus on the Remington Model 700 bolt action rifle. In this video, we will give the basic parts breakdown and gross parts nomenclature language you need to work with the Remington 700.
Given the amount of training I am doing (and will be doing), I have decided to branch out my reloading with a progressive press. I bought a Hornady AP Progressive Press and have spent a couple of weeks between the instructions and videos for setting it up properly. This article details the quick method of "from box to ready", to "start load set up" for this press. It helps you to not waste time (as I did) in going back and forth trying to figure out what's what.
Our "Gun-ology" series provides gunsmithing insight and knowledge that helps you to be a better firearm owner. In this article, we walk you through a generic process for debugging gun issues. We, also, identify a specific issue with the Glock G35 Gen 4 (and possibly others) that we identified.
In this video, we will demonstrate the proper, basic field disassembly and assembly of the Glock pistol. Field disassembly does not require any special tools and is the normal level of disassembly needed to conduct most cleaning and inspection work.
